Corporate Accountant, Hybrid

Overview

An established and highly regarded real estate comany is looking to add a a driven Corporate Accountant to join its growing team. This organization is consistently recognized as one of the top industrial, commercial, and residential developers in the country.

Position Summary

The Corporate Accountant will play a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting financial analysis, and assisting with corporate reporting and forecasting efforts. This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who is eager to grow within an organization that values excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements and supporting analysis
• Review accounting for significant transactions and research GAAP guidance
• Perform reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity
• Assist with lender reporting, covenant calculations, and liquidity forecasting
• Support the budgeting process and prepare variance analyses
• Partner with FP&A and Treasury teams on ad hoc financial projects
• Identify process improvements and enhance efficiency in reporting workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s in Accounting preferred
• CPA or CPA-eligible required (actively pursuing CPA strongly preferred)
• 2-3 years of accounting experience and Public Accounting is a plus bit not required
• Real estate exposure is helpful but not required
• Strong GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
