We are looking to fill a Senior Cost Accountant position with a manufacturing company in Dallas. This company is looking to expand their growing team so this is a newly created position. This position pays 90K-95K plus bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

· Perform manufacturing cost accounting activities including inventory reconciliation, standard cost reviews, and analysis of manufacturing variances

· Perform standard cost reviews and analysis

· Develop, maintain, and review standard costs of material

· Review and analyzes actual costs to identify inaccuracies

· Review inventory cycle count process and results

· Support general ledger month-end closing activities

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

· 4+ years of Cost Accounting Experience

· Larger ERP experience and strong Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot Table)

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex costing

· Manufacturing background required
