Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Established and growing general contractor seeking Accountant. This fully in office position is open due to growth. Experience in job cost and construction accounting required, including AIA billing, lien waivers, draw requests, POC (percentage of completion), WIP (work in process), and pay applications. Experience in general ledger accounting also required, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and account reconciliations, posting journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.

Selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural industry. Familiarity with erp software also helpful, eg Deltek, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Procore, Foundation, etc.
