Commissions Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of commission-related payments. Key duties include monitoring ERP system requests, validating vendor information and payment amounts, and escalating discrepancies when needed. The position requires proactive follow-up on incomplete transactions, uncleared payments, and unresolved batches. When payments cannot be reconciled with the supporting documentation, the individual notifies the appropriate lead or accountant to ensure proper resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
- BA in finance, business administration, accounting, mathematics or equivalent work experience required.
- Entry-level experience in treasury functions with ACH payment processing. (2-4 years)

- Experience with Net Suite Payables
- Hands on customer or client service experience
- Intermediate Excel user skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Entry level bookkeeping or accounting transactional processes including accounts payable, commission calculations or reconciliation experience preferred
