Senior Accountant – Interim (6 Month Contract)

Fort Worth, Dallas - Hybrid working: 3 Days office, 2 Days Remote

$100K annual salary

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Finance Americas team on a 6-month interim basis. This role focuses on financial reporting, project & cost accounting, margin analysis, and compliance in a U.S. GAAP / IFRS environment.

This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on:

• Month‑end close, GL, balance sheet reconciliations & technical accounting (U.S. GAAP)
• Project, cost & inventory accounting
• Revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Margin analysis, cost allocation & budget vs actuals
• SOX compliance, audit support & strengthening internal controls
• ERP optimisation (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
• Strong analytical capability with cost and margin focus.
• High attention to detail and financial discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project priorities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Process‑oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Professional integrity and accountability, with a strong work ethic, results‑focused attitude.

• 5–8+ years’ progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Project, cost & inventory accounting within a manufacturing highly beneficial
• CPA / CPA candidate
• Strong manufacturing, cost & inventory accounting background (essential)
• ERP experience (Dynamics, SAP, JD Edwards or similar)
• Reliable, hands‑on and comfortable with peak periods during month‑end
