Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

The Accountant role is ideal for candidates early in their accounting career who are looking to grow within an organization. Candidates may come from industry accounting roles, internships, or public accounting backgrounds and should have a solid understanding of core accounting principles, with a strong desire to build deeper expertise.

This role is well-suited for individuals who have worked in dynamic, hands-on environments and are eager to learn accounting systems, processes, and best practices. Candidates who are detail oriented, organized, and motivated to grow alongside the business will thrive in this position. This is an on-site role.

• Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Perform account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Support audits and internal reporting needs
• Collaborate with the accounting team on day-to-day operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (or relevant internships)
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
