A leading real estate services firm is seeking a Senior Lease Accountant / Lease Administrator to manage lease administration for client accounts in Dallas, Texas. This hybrid role requires strong knowledge of ASC 842 and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in lease accounting or administration, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CoStar.
Responsibilities include overseeing lease data integrity, validating lease abstracts, and preparing journal entries.
