Senior Accounting Manager

This is a hybrid position – 2 days in office

We have been exclusively engaged by a leading healthcare group, seeking an Experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting functions for a specific market. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to join a growing PE-Backed organization with close continuing to grow 25% YOY.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional with strong technical skills, comfortable managing provider compensation and providing crucial financial support to senior operations leaders.

• Manage the full-cycle accounting operations for an assigned state, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee and process provider compensation for medical professionals.
• Serve as a key financial partner to the operations team, delivering insightful analysis and support to senior leaders.
• Contribute to the general ledger, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.

• A seasoned accounting professional with 7+ years of progressive experience, preferably within a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A proactive and adaptable individual who can contribute to an evolving organizational landscape.
