Senior Accountant

We’re seeking a strong Senior Accountant to join a growing organization and play a key role on the corporate accounting team. This position offers a mix of hands‑on accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement work, with visibility to leadership and opportunity for growth.

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and help explain financial results
• Assist with internal and external financial reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Support audit requests and compliance needs
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Participate in special projects as the business grows

• 3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• CPA or CPA‑eligible is a plus, but not required
