Senior Accountant

A leading healthcare group is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accounting operations for a designated market. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to join a growing, private equity-backed organization expanding nearly 25% year over year.

This position reports directly to the Controller and is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys owning the details that drive accurate financial reporting.

• Support full-cycle accounting activities for an assigned market
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Support provider compensation calculations and processing
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Help improve processes and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong understanding of debits/credits, general ledger, and month-end close
• Comfortable working independently in a growing organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
