Overview
Financial Additions is working with a top Client seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Accountant. This role plays a key part in month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, and strengthening internal controls.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with system and process enhancements
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies
- Prepare financial reports
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses
- 5–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel, Net Suite, and Quickbooks is Required
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have Construction, Real Estate, or Joint Venture Industry Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (Master is preferred)
