Overview
Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection, account reconciliation, and strong financial controls.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing inquiries, streamline processes, and support healthy cash flow across the organization.
Office hours and location- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location:
Argyle, TX – Onsite
- Support the customer-facing accounting team
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
- Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements
- Prepare reports related to aging, cash receipts, and outstanding receivables
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communicate with customers and previous clients to request payment and arrange payment plans and determine when it is needed to send the account to collection
- Communicate with the different teams when an account is placed on hold and services need to be deactivated.
- Review and resolve inquiries from customers submitted through company’s CRM system - Hub Spot
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of CRM system such as Hub Spot or Sales Force
- Excellent communication skills via both verbal and digital mediums
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in Aviation will also be an advantage
