Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a $3B+ industry leader in the real estate space that is investing heavily in building a world-class accounting organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-impact team focused on strengthening processes, improving close timelines, and elevating overall financial reporting.

This role is 100% in-office and ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, process improvement, and being part of a team that is leveling up talent and systems.

• Support and help improve the monthly close process (currently 16 days)
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, allocations, and intercompany transactions
• Own detailed balance sheet reconciliations and perform variance analysis
• Partner with operations and branch leaders to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting
• Assist with audits, ERP integrations, and system/process enhancements
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (corporate or public + industry preferred)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• ERP experience (D365 a plus) and strong Excel skills
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Comfortable in a fully in-office environment
