S+H Search is recruiting for a Senior
Property Accountant job opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This position is a great fit for a candidate with at least 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience. This role is a prominent position within the organization and will be responsible for a high level portfolio of properties.
The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements for multiple real estate properties, ensuring accuracy in accordance with GAAP. The duties include:
- Posting journal entries and performing accruals.
- Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts.
- Perform variance analysis
. - Support budgeting, audits, and special projects.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure complete and timely financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Candidates should have at least fives years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
