Corporate Accounting Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to join our a well established and reputable client of ours. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial close processes, reporting, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys digging into the details, and wants to help shape strong financial controls and scalable processes.

• Manage accounting responsibilities within the quarterly close cycle
• Perform a detailed monthly review of all P&L activity
• Oversee the accurate and timely posting of payroll and accrued payroll journal entries in the general ledger
• Assist in maintaining expense codes and corresponding allocation rules

• Manage Fixed Assets accounting
• Oversee Lease Accounting in accordance with relevant standards (ASC 842 or equivalent)
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Present quarterly financial results to leadership

• Help develop and maintain efficient internal controls and effective business processes
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency
• Lead and support special projects and financial analysis for leadership

• 5-8 years of public accounting/industry experience
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Active CPA is strong preferred
• Lease Accounting and fixed assets experience
