Senior Corporate Accounting Manager

SNI Financial has confidentially partnered with a leading financial services firm looking for a Senior
Corporate Accounting Manager to join their high-performing team. This role offers exposure to leadership, complex reporting, and exciting projects in a firm known for innovation, growth, and career development. This role is responsible for supervising functions for the corporate accounting / financial reporting processes. • Manage GL, full cycle accounting and assist with financial reporting
• Manage quarterly consolidated reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Present financial results to leadership and drive process improvements
• Maintain relationships with executives and internal teams such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IR and FP&A to ensure efficient and accurate information flow, alignment on timing of deliverables, and achievement of business objectives
• Lead special projects while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Mentor and lead associate team members

• at least 9-12 years of progressive experience
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Some technical accounting exposure such as ASC 606 and 842 (lease & revenue recognition)
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• CPA
• strongly prefer mix of public accounting with industry experience as a accounting manager or AC/controller
• Advanced Excel and GL reporting skills
• Strong communicator who can partner across teams

Compensation: $200-225K total comp guaranteed (depending on experience)
