A boutique CPA firm in Dallas is hiring a Tax Accountant working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients
, including founders, investors and international sport and entertainment professionals.

The client situations are genuinely complex.

Entrepreneurs with multiple operating companies.

Families with layered entities across states and countries.

Private investment vehicles and significant real estate portfolios.

This is not high volume compliance work.

You will be preparing and supporting tax work involving partnerships, trusts, multi state filings and planning discussions where the focus is protecting wealth rather than simply filing returns.

The firm itself is around 15 people
. Close knit, discreet and technically strong. Clients stay because they trust the judgement behind the work.

• Preparing complex individual, partnership, corporate and trust tax returns
• Supporting planning work around entity structuring and wealth strategy
• Researching technical issues and documenting tax positions clearly
• Working closely with Managers and the firm owner on sophisticated client matters
• Building the experience needed to move toward Senior and beyond

• Early exposure to genuinely high level clients
• Technical depth rather than repetitive production work
• Direct access to senior advisers and firm leadership
• Clear progression inside a respected advisory led firm
• A culture built on discretion and long term client relationships

This would suit someone pursuing or recently qualified as a CPA who enjoys technical work and wants exposure to complex client situations early in their career.

Salary range is $80k to $90k depending on experience.

And timing wise, if you are heading into filing season and want to support your current firm through 4/15
, that is completely understood. Many professionals explore opportunities now and plan a move shortly after filing season so the transition is clean.
