We are a growing company seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This is a key role for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and transaction recording
• Perform regular checks and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and accounts
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Process and track payments, ensuring timely execution
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when required

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience (preferably in small to medium-sized companies)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Zoho, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
