• Supporting monthly financial reporting at the project or community level
• Managing or supporting accounts payable in high‑volume environments, including vendor compliance
• Working with escrow, title, or sales teams around closings and revenue recognition
• Assisting with audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Partnering cross‑functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

• Construction, real estate, or homebuilding accounting experience
• Exposure to job cost accounting systems or construction/homebuilding ERPs
• (e.g., BRIX, Build Pro, JD Edwards, or similar platforms)
• Strong Excel skills
  , including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Working knowledge of GAAP
  , particularly concepts related to construction or project accounting
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a growing organization
