If you're a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger experience, month-end close expertise, and a passion for financial accuracy-this is your opportunity to get ahead of the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Support full-cycle accounting including month-end and year-end close
* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
* Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
* Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
* Analyze P&L and variances to identify trends and discrepancies
* Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and controls
* Assist with audit support, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 2-5+ years of Staff Accountant or General Ledger experience
* Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
* Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Proficiency in ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, etc.)
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
