Our client is a rapidly growing publicly traded organization seeking a Manager, Technical Accounting to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting complex accounting matters, financial reporting, and the continued growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting foundation, public accounting experience, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Research and evaluate accounting implications for complex transactions and business initiatives.
• Prepare technical accounting analyses and supporting documentation for management and external auditors.
• Support external financial reporting and public company compliance requirements.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations, to assess accounting and reporting considerations.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and emerging accounting standards.
• Support special projects, strategic transactions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors on accounting and reporting matters.
• Help build scalable processes and strengthen the organization's accounting infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, technical accounting, accounting advisory, or financial reporting.
• Big Four experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and public company reporting requirements.
• Experience researching accounting guidance and preparing technical accounting documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment.

• Experience supporting publicly traded organizations.
• Background in accounting advisory, technical accounting, or complex transaction support.
• Experience working within capital-intensive, infrastructure, industrial, energy, or technology-related industries.
• Familiarity with large ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
