We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a fast growing Healthcare company in Dallas. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, reviewing the work of staff accountants and will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have either healthcare or multi-unit accounting experience but that is not required.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (Only 3 days per week in office). The salary range is 90K-95K+Bonus.
Duties- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Assist with budget preparations
- Preparation of account reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis
- Mentor and give direction to accounting staff
- Working with external auditors and within business unit management
- Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience
- Must have excellent communications skills
