The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing and strong analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with proficiency in ERP systems. The position offers a compensation of $100,000 to $130,000 and a 10% annual performance bonus.
