The Bolton Group is partnering with a nation-wide real estate company to search for a Consolidation Controller.
The Controller will ensure the accurate and timely consolidation of entities and prepare the parent company financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
The schedule is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.
Qualifications:- CPA is highly preferred
- Public Accounting Firm experience (Big 4 a plus) required
- Strong knowledge of ASC 810 is required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Hands-on leadership style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, medium to large company with subsidiaries
