If you’re someone who likes to understand the why behind the numbers — not just process them — this role gives you that opportunity.
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a fast-paced corporate accounting team where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while also helping improve how things get done. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, digging into discrepancies, and being part of a team that values efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Focused On:- Managing day-to-day AP activity with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Reviewing aging and digging into discrepancies to get issues resolved quickly
- Supporting close by ensuring transactions are clean and accounted for properly
- Working closely with internal teams to answer questions and keep things moving
- Identifying areas where processes can be improved or streamlined
- Taking ownership of tasks and stepping in where needed to support the team
- At least 5 years of experience in AP or a similar accounting role
- Solid understanding of how AP ties into the bigger accounting picture
- Strong attention to detail with a natural curiosity when something doesn’t look right
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable communicating with different teams and stakeholders
- Excel skills and general comfort working within accounting systems
- You’re not just processing — you’re contributing to how the function improves
- Exposure to broader accounting processes beyond AP
- A team that values people who take initiative and think ahead
- Opportunity to grow into more analytical or senior-level responsibilities over time
If you’re ready to step into a role where your work actually impacts the bigger picture, this is a great opportunity to grow your career within a strong accounting team.
