A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to support a portfolio of Dallas based properties. This role is responsible for full‑cycle property accounting, financial reporting, and partnering with property and asset management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong Yardi experience, deep knowledge of commercial real estate accounting, and hands‑on expertise with CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and multi‑property portfolios.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate (office/retail)
- Experience managing multi‑property portfolios
- Strong Yardi experience REQUIRED
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Solid understanding of:
- GAAP accounting principles
- Lease accounting & CAM reconciliations
- Financial reporting and general ledger
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
- Experience with retail or mixed‑use portfolios is a plus
- Exposure to investor reporting or REIT environments is a plus
