Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable person with a high attention to detail, who is a self-starter, and with the ability to problem-solve.

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices
• Communicate with vendors concerning inquiries
• Resolve invoicing and payment issues
• Maintain Vendor accounts
• Assist with other projects as needed

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
• One to two years minimum work experience in accounting preferred
• Proficient in Excel preferred
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise (or Quickbooks software) preferred
• Associate (Required)
• Quick Books: 2 years (Preferred)
• Account reconciliation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
• Vendor Communication: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
