As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Toyota of Dallas
, you are responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments while supporting daily accounting operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to support daily accounting operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized accounting files and records
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting
  • Work closely with the office manager and accounting team to support daily operations
  • Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous accounts payable or dealership accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
