Lead Senior Accountant

We are looking to fill a Lead Senior Accountant role with a manufacturing company in Dallas. This position will be responsible for accounting and finance activities across multiple entities, as well as providing support for month end close and financial reporting. This particular company can offer a fantastic work/life balance and has a generous PTO program. This will also work within a very collaborative team set up.

This is a hybrid position and will pay 90K-95K plus a bonus.

• Perform and assist the full month end close process for manufacturing facility
• Assist in creation of month end reporting
• Lead and/or assist with ad hoc projects and analysis as needed
• Maintain monthly schedules to support journal entries
• Perform variance analysis
• Assist with cost accounting and inventory cycle count
• Mentor new staff

• 5-7 years accounting experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with any large ERP is highly desirable
