. We’re looking for a full-time Audit Manager to join our growing team and lead engagements with professionalism and purpose.

• Oversee and manage financial statement audits and reviews for a wide range of private companies.
• Lead client engagements
  , supervising staff and ensuring projects are completed on time and with technical accuracy.
• Apply your expertise across various industries—particularly construction and manufacturin
  g—to deliver meaningful insights.
• Stay current on GAAP and other technical developments relevant to client needs.
• Review and interpret accounting literature to guide your team and support complex client issues.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and high service standards.
• Mentor and develop team members in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

• 6+ years of audit and review experience in accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and experience managing audit engagements
  .
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Experience working with private companies is highly valued.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and audit software.
• Availability to work overtime from January 15 to April 15, with straight overtime pay for all additional hours.
