We’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant (I–III) to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multinational tax environments, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to take ownership of complex tax processes.
You’ll contribute across income tax, indirect tax, and compliance initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to support business growth.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and review federal, state, and international tax returns and supporting work papers
- Manage filings and monitor changing tax regulations and legislation
- Perform GL account reconciliations related to tax
- Support multinational tax compliance, including income, indirect, and other filings
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on audits, inquiries, and tax matters
- Assist in tax research, forecasting, and analysis of new legislation
- Maintain and track the annual tax filing calendar
- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing compliance initiatives (ISO, internal controls)
- 3+ years of corporate tax experience (multinational, income, and/or indirect tax). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with SALT and/or international tax is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with tools like Avalara, Net Suite, Vertex, Tableau, or Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
