Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at Walker Media Agency. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries, bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

The top responsibilities of this individual will be invoice generation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, making payments, and managing the day-to-day financial operations.

• Invoice generation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, making payments, and managing the day-to-day financial operations.

• Experience in Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), Bookkeeping, Payroll Taxes, and Accounting
• Expertise in Quickbooks Online Advanced
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is nice to have
