Reports to the Director of Human Resources and Accounting.

• Right‑hand to the Director of Human Resources and Accounting.
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, firm billing, client account reconciliations, timekeeper reports and management reports.
• Assist with hiring, terminations and personnel records.
• Counsel employees as needed.
• Effectuate semi‑monthly payroll through payroll service.
• Administrator of 401(k) plan; process and remit 401(k) deferrals and matches for each payroll.
• Manage health, dental and vision plans through professional employment organization.
• Maintain firm commercial package insurance information/records.
• Prepare and enter all payroll journal entries and other necessary journal entries for general ledger.
• Consult with and respond to CPA as required.
• Main contact for Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis representatives and recruiting agencies.
• Responsibility for maintenance and renewal of online court records accounts in the various surrounding counties.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or similar.
• 3+ years Human Resources and Accounting experience.
• 3+ years Law Firm experience.
