Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and financial reporting process across multiple business units and international operations.
Support the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, financial statements, disclosures, tie‑outs, and MD&A support.
Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and other complex consolidation activities.
Partner cross-functionally with Investor Relations, FP&A, corporate accounting, and other finance leaders to support internal and external reporting needs.
Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos related to new accounting standards and complex transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, consolidation workflows, systems, and overall efficiency.
Support special projects and broader technical accounting initiatives as the company continues to grow and evolve.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Approximately 5‑8+ years of progressive accounting, audit, consolidation, or financial reporting experience
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation processes in a large or complex organization
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and public company accounting requirements
- Experience with intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
- Exposure to SEC reporting, including 10‑Qs, 10‑Ks, disclosures, financial statements, and/or MD&A
- Ability to research technical accounting matters and document conclusions
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with accounting, finance, FP&A, Investor Relations, auditors, and business unit leadership
- Process improvement mindset with an interest in improving systems, reporting workflows, and existing accounting processes
- Public company audit or SEC reporting experience
- Experience with One Stream, Oracle FCCS, Workiva, Oracle, or other consolidation and financial reporting systems
- Experience with technical accounting research and memo writing
