Accounting Supervisor, Real Estate Investments

We are looking to fill an Accounting Supervisor position with a real estate investment company. This position is responsible for full-cycle accounting operations across multiple entities, including financial reporting, payroll and benefits administration, intercompany billing, cash management, and compliance.

• Supervise a Staff Accountant and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
• Support the development team through project reporting and loan maintenance.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage and reconcile benefit invoices and assist with annual benefit renewals.
• Oversee intercompany expense allocations and billing.
• Prepare annual financial budgets for operating companies.
• Monitor cash needs across entities and coordinate funding with management.
• Prepare and file annual 1099 reports for all entities.
• Administer accounting software programs.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with financial reporting for multiple entities or properties.
• Proficiency in accounting software;
  Quick Books or Yardi preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll processing and systems;
  Paylocity is a plus.
