Position Overview
MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, with a strong call center footprint and operations across multiple countries. We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology e‑commerce, and financial services.
We are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions.
Position Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

This role is performed in a professional office environment. Duties are largely sedentary but may require sitting, standing, and using a computer and telephone headset for long periods. Occasional light lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
Conditions of Employment- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
