Supervisor - Financial Reporting

• Manage the preparation and review of monthly parent company consolidated financial statements.
• Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Identify and implement best practices for GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Manage the monthly close process and review of lower-level reporting consolidations.
• Perform research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews.
• Manage the preparation and review of joint venture quarterly and annual reports.
• Manage and perform special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation required; MBA preferred.

• Eight years of relevant industry or public accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Solid time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills with an ability to recognize issues and address them directly.
• Personable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with effective communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and work habits.
• Sense of initiative with a desire to become truly involved in the business.
• Flexibility with an ability to work in a team setting supporting several people.

• Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP and BPC knowledge preferred.
• Wdesk knowledge preferred.

The work environment is typically normal office conditions. The employee will remain stationary 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
