Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support their accounting team with a primary focus on Accounts Payable. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations. This is an indefinite contract and the pay is up to $26/hr.

- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of accounting information.
- Process vendor invoices and other accounting transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
- Scan, file, and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end accounting activities and reconciliations.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies as needed.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or data entry experience.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
