We are hiring a Senior Property Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. As Anterra grows, so does the volume of properties, financial reporting, and client deliverables our team manages. This role provides critical bandwidth to support that growth and is an opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership in a hands‑on, high‑impact environment.

You will report to the Director of Property Accounting and work closely with the CFO and the broader accounting team. This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Dallas.

• Execute comprehensive Property Accounting workflows for a dedicated portfolio of Multifamily Housing assets.
• Perform monthly General Ledger Reconciliation, identifying and resolving variances to maintain data integrity.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager to process accounts daily, manage tenant ledgers, and handle owner distributions.
• Apply specialized principles of Real Estate Accounting to monthly close cycles and variance analysis.
• Assist with due diligence activities during property transitions and new client onboarding
• Prepare reports and analysis for internal leadership and external clients
• Support other general accounting responsibilities and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property accounting experience
• Yardi Voyager experience (required)
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple properties simultaneously
• Someone who brings energy, wants to grow with the company, and takes pride in getting the work right

• Competitive salary: $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience
