Spot On Talent is seeking a Controller for a privately held family of DFW companies spanning real estate, commercial construction, and specialty trades. This role reports directly to ownership, offering autonomy, visibility, and real impact in a 100% Dallas-Fort Worth environment with no travel.
You will own month-end close, intercompany flows, job costing, and cash flow across 3 entities, while leading a small accounting team and coordinating with the CPA firm and brokers.
