Senior Tax Associate

Our client, a full-service CPA and business consulting firm in Fort Worth, is looking for a Tax Senior ready to take the next step in their career. This role is a strong fit for someone already operating at a manager level in practice, even if their title hasn't caught up yet, and who's looking for a firm that will recognize and grow with that capability.

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns
• Support quarterly and year-end estimates and extension filings
• Assist with client communication and day-to-day tax planning needs
• Take on increasing review responsibilities as experience and trust develop
• Collaborate with senior staff and firm leadership on client engagements

• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience across small and mid‑size client engagements
• Comfort taking on manager-level responsibilities and eagerness to keep growing
• Strong attention to detail and client communication skills
