LJB CPA, a Dayton-based public accounting firm, seeks a Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements for individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits. In this client-facing role, you will review and prepare federal, state, and local returns; lead tax planning; research complex issues; and manage IRS and state correspondence. You'll supervise and mentor staff, ensure technical accuracy and compliance, and help improve tax processes.
