• THE ROLE
• Available to work from Dallas office 3 days per week
• Background working with US accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Retirement Accounts, Banking, and some Human Resources support.

We're looking for an energetic, well-rounded Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and
work directly alongside our Head of Accounting. This is a hands‑on role with broad visibility
across the organization: you'll interact with many internal teams, support cross‑functional
projects, and even assist with HR‑related tasks. If you thrive in dynamic environments and
love finding smarter ways to get things done, you'll fit right in.

• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes end-to-end
• Manage collections: send payment reminders to customers and follow up consistently
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, tables, and summaries using Quick Books Online, Excel, and Ariba
• Research and implement solutions to accounting challenges as they arise
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate tax processes and routine tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting on day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects
• Coordinate with internal teams across departments and provide support on cross‑functional initiatives
• Assist with HR‑related administrative tasks as needed
