- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documentation prior to billing
- Process cash, checks, credit card payments, and other transactions as needed
- Reconcile daily billing activity and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and billing records
- Assist with accounts receivable by processing payments and following up on outstanding balances
- Answer customer questions regarding invoices, payments, and account information
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure accurate billing
- File and maintain billing documents in accordance with company procedures
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones and assisting customers
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
- Support other store administrative functions as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous billing, accounting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, billing, or point-of-sale software preferred
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in an office environment within a retail or commercial service location
