Associate Accountant

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an Associate Accountant to join a well-established and collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes while supporting a variety of corporate and client accounting functions. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build their accounting career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Assist with month-end close activities, including trial balances and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly client fee billings and monitor collections
• Process accounts payable, vendor payments, ACHs, wire transfers, and check runs
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for corporate and client accounts
• Open and maintain bank accounts and assist with treasury management activities
• Prepare and maintain 1099 reporting and support annual IRS filings
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with annual business property reporting
• Support annual audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and requested documentation
• Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements
