What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings
- Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements
- Perform research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Assist with quarterly reviews, annual audits, and monthly close
- Support special projects and other financial reporting initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with SEC filings, financial statements, and consolidations
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
- CPA
- Big4 or public accounting firm experience
- SEC Reporting, Financial Reporting, & Technical Accounting experience
- Energy or Oil & Gas industry experience.
