We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team in Dallas, TX. This individual will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies or variances.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with management reporting requests.
• Assist with audits by gathering supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses.
