You won't just be "doing taxes"; you will be managing primary client relationships and leading engagements from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • ASC 740 Excellence:
Lead the primary review and preparation of income tax provision engagements and audit support.
  • Compliance & Review:
Review tax returns prepared by staff, identifying accuracy improvements and tax-saving opportunities.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns; conduct performance reviews and act as the "in-charge" lead on projects.
  • Technical Advisory:
Research complex tax matters and consult on various tax strategies; respond to inquiries from the IRS and state tax authorities.
  • Client Relationship:
Maintain strong working relationships with client management to understand their operations, processes, and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting.
  • Experience:

2–4 years of progressive experience in corporate tax compliance or consulting.
  • Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience in ASC 740 tax provision preparation/review is highly preferred.

  • Background:
Previous experience in public accounting is a significant plus.
  • Travel:
Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Why Join Us?
