Financial Additions is searching for a Staff Accountant with full-cycle accounting and oil & gas experience. This is an onsite position located in the uptown area of Dallas, but a few days each month can be remote. This is a permanent role, and they are eager to hire! Pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities include- :
Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliation - sMonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close dutie
- sSupport internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
- .Review bank and general ledger account reconciliations
- .Review vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- .Manage vendor relationships, vendor master files, and invoice discrepancies
- .Coordinate weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs
- .Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments while taking advantage of available discounts
- :3+ years in Staff Accountant positio
- nOil & Gas industry experienc
- eExperience with ERP system and solid Excel skill
- sExcellent organizational, and communication skills
- .Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus, not require
