Accounting Consultant (Senior or Manager

A respected consulting firm is hiring experienced Big 4/Top 10 audit professionals to work with on complex advisory engagements with Fortune 500 companies.

• Support clients through a variety of strategic accounting, finance and fund accounting projects
• Contribute to or lead initiatives such as:
• Fund accounting
• General ledger close and process improvement
• FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support
• Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting)
• IPO readiness and public company transformation
• M&A preparation and integration
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics

• 3-6 years of total experience in: external audit, TAS/FDD, fund accounting, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, technical accounting, GL accounting, and/or corporate finance/FP&A
• About 2 years of experience in public accounting required
• CPA licensed or in process preferred
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
• Experience with publicly traded companies/clients
• Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles
